Some Feedback From My Clients

I was introduced to John through a mutual friend who had had success with John and was pleasantly surprised by his approachable nature. He was able to design a training program for me that saw me not only loose 12kg but improve my general fitness and also introduce me to a great group of people to train with who I am sure will be life long friends. Thank you so much John for opening my eyes to the world of "enjoyable" running!!

John has been able to lift my running to a new level. His knowledge and advice has helped me get an extra edge on my running, and I am now comfortably running with the lead groups in the sport of Duathlon. His knowledge and experience in multisport racing has also meant that he has been able to incorporate my run training in with my bike, so that both are continually improving.

John became my running coach in 2006 when i became a student at Marcellin College. Through his passion and expertise he transformed me from an average runner into one who has know had the opportunity to represent Victoria. In this time i have also seen him transform many average athletes to elite runners in the junior or senior ranks of Australia. From being around John and those who he trains (inside and outside of school),I know John has the abilty to improve any committed athlete so that they can reach their competitive goals.

I have been invovled in middle distance running since the age of ten, but never really was what you would call a ‘top runner’. Around the age of 20 John approached me and asked me what I wanted with my running and I told him "I was sick of loosing". Within two years of solid regimed training I was transformed from an average club runner into the 2007 Victorian Open 1500 champion and currently ranked in the top ten in Australia. What I have found most enjoyable about training with John and his groups of athletes is the strong community and the friendliness of the group which is improtant for all athletes to continue in sport.
